  Amy knows her business and she's a wonderful person. Everytime I get my nails done I walk out satisfied and happy with her work. Thank you Amy. Your great 👍

  Was looking forward to getting my nails done since it’s been about 15 years, and this is what I walked out with.. $85 for this! NOT WORTH IT!!! Not a happy customer! Will not be going back here again!! They’re not shaped correctly. They’re thick as heck! The designs are sloppy too! Now I have to pay more $$$ at another nail salon for them to fix them correctly. Highly disappointed!!

  My first time and last time going here I went in and got my nails done with gems on four nails with each finger having seven gems 7 gems total fell off by the next day. Also she only had put two coats of the holographic nail polish on and once I left I noticed you could see through my nails when I walked into the sun I went back the next day to get them fixed but they were closed so I went the day after to get them fixed she put gems on and am still missing three everything came withan attitude and the gems she did put on are bigger than the ones that were supposed to be she also wouldn't fix my thumbnail that I told her was too long and and curved that looks nothing like the other thumb and when I asked her kept saying it's fine and then again I asked her to put another coat kept telling me she put three coats on it when she literally only put two after a four times telling her I wanted her to put another coat because they were seethrough she finally did after she made me feel like I was wrong because I was asking her to fix my nails that I paid for and was hostile towards me give this place about 1/2 a star plus them talking when I did get my nails done was so loud I had to put both headphones on to tune them out Today is Wednesday and I went In Monday not to mention they never changed the towel they used from the girl got their nails done before no tools or files were sanitize in the bathroom was horrendous .. I was probably spoken to one time while getting my nail done and after spending $85 on my nails plus a $5 tip you think it would be no issue to go back and have them fixed

  After coming here for 5 months, I ended up with a fungus on my left and right big toe after having a different nail tech. I love Tam and her services, as she provides a great service! She always make sure my nails had no streaks and followed all sanitary protocols. I didn't appreciate how the attempts to say it was me who did this or that it was just the nail color coming off. No, my toenails had a fungus and caused my nailed to "crumble". There has been no change in my daily lifestyle or eating habits that would cause my body to do something as such. I went in and my service that day was rushed. I do have my complaints on having to wait for 2 hours, but that does not mean rush through how you provide service or not follow proper sanitation protocols, thus extended my toenails foot fungus. Amy did attempt to just say she will fix it, but afterwards how they were unconcerned with what I was saying I just bailed on the appointment. It is important I seek a doctor to fix my foot before going to get another pedicure.
